When I went, there seemed to be a lot of repeat customers, so maybe they do a good job usually. All I can say is the person that I went to (all I got was a manicure) was probably not experienced at all – I had to go back the very next day because all of the polish chipped off even though I didnt even wash dishes or put them in prolonged water, and they ended up using an electric file on my nails (I never did that before and it hurt – I questioned her after she did it on my first nail and she let up on the rest of them, but now that first nail is extremely brittle and discolored compared to the rest of my nails, and is beginning to crack down the middle). So if you’re going to go, *do not* let them use an electric nail file on your nails.

The space is clean, spacious and friendly and the service is amazing. Tom was hyped up in this place and booked so I had Carmen and she is a true gem. Carmen did both my manicure and pedicure. The services she provided was an acrylic soak and an S&S (silk natural nail wrap) and a spa pedicure. She was very gentle with every tool that was used and attentive and provided me with exactly what I asked for. Also remember every $$ adds up so upon walking in know what you want because it can be overwhelming to consistently be asked by different staff do you want additional services but its good to know and your techs suggestions could be on point! Go Carmen!!!

Got attended right away, got my nails done by the dude with the long hair in a ponytail and earring, didn’t rush but kept slapping my hand to lower it…like just tell me?? Other than that the nails themselves lasted a few weeks no lifting or peeling.

Horrible Horrible Horrible I’ve never in my life been cut up after a pedicure and after she was done she decided to pocket my $10 change instead of giving me my change and decide to tip and she had the nerve to be upset I asked abt my change completely dissatisfied and they will be hearing from me about these cuts on my foot

They do pedis out of a garbage pail ( literally). I was taken aback! It was raining out and I just didn’t work out I gave him a chance. My pedicure is still on, however, the scrub down on the feet was not the best. 3 days later the bottom of my feet are still showing plenty of dry skin patches. So they got some….not all….not a thorough job at all.
Not worth the money for the scrub but for a plain pedi its ok.
