Went there today to get my feet done! I hadn’t been to a nail shop in a while, had to get prior overlay removed as the acrylic was turning black. They removed the old acrylic, gave me a full pedicure + pretty purple gel polish. It was a great experience. My first time there, I call her the “ nail doctor” lol will be returning in a few weeks!!! Payment went smoothly I used my debit card, also, if you’d like to tip bring cash ! So your tips are not taxed.

People here are so rude and they don’t do a good job because they are in a hurry to get you out of the chair. After the appointment my nails looked like they had tiny bubbles in them. According to the manicurist there is no clear nail polish in the world that has smooth results.. And the guy at reception was so rude. He said “It’s smooth to me. Don’t come here if you don’t like it.” 1st two pictures were right after the appointment and 3 & 4 was next morning

Poor quality. Got a gel mani and pedi. They do not clean your cuticles well, their polish is old and tacky, and they don’t even polish well. I used to come here in the past, but the women I used to get nails done by are long gone. Wasted $80 on nails that I could have done better job on at home. If you want a real cleaning of your nails and a meticulous polish job — don’t go here.

Look at the recent reviews – most are awful. Good reviews are from years ago.

Terrible quality and equally bad customer service. My chrome manicure started chipping minutes after I got home. Another time my entire nail popped off a few days after a fill in. Both times done by a woman named Amy. And when I went in to have it addressed she always blamed me instead of her poor work. “You must type too hard.” “I told you to come in at 830a and now it’s 834a so it’s too late.”

There are plenty of nail salons in this neighborhood. Don’t choose this one!

Firstly I would just like to say I don’t even write reviews to begin this is my first one. I am writing this to warn people to save them from what I had to experience. If I could give this place a negative star review I would. I rarely get my nails done only for special occasions. This by far is one of the worst nail salons I have ever been to in my entire existence on this earth. The day before my mother came to the salon with me and we asked about the prices they told me 28 dollars for feet and 50 for hand I wanted French tip at the time but changed to French Ombre.
I came in today 12/1/2021, I get my feet done the lady who is doing my feet doesn’t speak English well so I can’t understand a word she’s saying to me but shes like do I want some deluxe pedicure (they basically rub like product on your legs and feet and then wash it off etc. After she prepped my feet she put on gel polish. She was talking about 10 dollars and than 8 dollars extra. I really didn’t think nothing of it because i expected it to be cheap. (Come to find out its 40 dollars just for gel)
After I’m done I go to Sean. (Yes i remembered your name)I got square acrylic nails they were short because I don’t like long nails. This man did not even clean my cuticles or push they back for that part. He basically flooded my cuticle beds with acrylic, and made a whole mess around my fingers. He put to much top coat on and got it on the sides of my fingernail and got some acrylic on some of my fingers and didn’t even bother to clean it off. Just to tell me to wash my hands and it will come off.
I’ve never been so disappointed in my life i got my nails done because im taking graduation photos on 12/3/2021 and i wanted to look nice and this is how i get treated. If not that to make it worst they charged me 58 dollars for the feet and then 70 for the hands. In total i had to pay 128 dollars for horrible service. Of course I left without giving a tip.
Then like maybe 15 minutes later my mom came back with me to the salon and literally had to get a little loud to get these people to fix my nails which SEAN barely even fixed and had an attitude after. I have social anxiety I don’t like conflict, I shouldn’t have to tell a nail tech how to properly take care of nails. I am 17 years old I was excited and this is how you people treat me.
