The 3rd time was NOT the charm. BLEEDING… unsanitary tools… I don’t know what the deal was but if the service inconsistent I wouldn’t take the risk. Quality is key.

honestly the best french manicure i’ve gotten! my nail tech, sami, paid extreme attention to detail, all of the staff was super nice and it’s all highly affordable. they tend to get busy though so best to book an appointment than walk-in!

I am beyond pleased with my experience! The reviews are what encouraged me to visit this place and I have no regrets. I called to make an appointment as suggested but I also came at a time when it was not busy, so walk ins are definitely welcomed. This place opened two yrs ago so it is fairly new considering the pandemic so I encourage everyone to come here. I got a gel pedicure and manicure and the nail techs took their time. My friend came along and got a pedicure with me and it was very comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the establishment was very clean and the reviews said it best, it is truly a gem in Harlem.

Staff is welcoming and friendly. I come here to get waxed. Susie is really fast and good although im sure all of them are. I recommend this luxurious place
